I think my scale is too sensitive, what can I do?

Scale Sensitivity and How to Change it

You can change the “Weighing Filter Settings” by putting your scale in Settings/Setup Mode. The way to do this is outlined in your scale's manual:

Note that the directions on how to navigate through your scale's settings are also outlined in this section.

 After entering your scale's settings, navigate to  and long-press the T button. The number shown on the LED display indicates the current filter parameter. This determines the speed the scale responds to a change in weight. The larger the number, the more stable but slower the weighing result will be.

Our scales ship set to the recommended sensitivity. Please note that increasing the weighing filter will slow the scale's response time.
