The Average Flow-Rate Setting is a feature currently exclusive to the Lunar 2021.
When brewing is complete and the cup is removed from the scale, the display will show the espresso summary with the beverage weight and the average flow-rate of brewing. When brewing is complete when the setting is off and the cup is removed, the display will show the espresso summary with the beverage weight and the current weight.
