Modes

The Umbra Lunar features multiple weighing modes, designed to support a range of brewing styles — from simple weighing to fully automated workflows. Among them, the dual weight display mode is exclusive to Umbra scales, enabling dual-scale monitoring for advanced setups. Each mode provides a unique combination of weight and timer display to match your preferred workflow.

Weight Only Mode 

The paired device displays weight, with options for single or dual weight. In dual mode, the Umbra Lunar scale's weight appears on the left, while the paired device's weight shows on the right.

Timer and Weight Mode

The paired device displays both timer and weight, with the timer on the left and the weight on the right. The weight display updates seamlessly with changes from the scales.

Auto Mode with Flow Detection

When the scale senses flow, the timer begins automatically. The display flashes the final weight when the object is removed, and the timer stops automatically.
