When Can I find Acaia Gift Cards?

Acaia Gift Cards can be purchased on our US webshop here. 

 

Do I get a physical or Digital gift card?

All Acaia gift cards are entirely digital and delivered through email.  You will be emailed the gift card once our team has authorized the payment, which you can then forward to the recipient.

 

How much can be put on an Acaia gift card? 

You can choose between seven different presets. The presets are in US dollars and are $10, $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, and $250. 

 

I bought an Acaia gift card for someone outside the US who can not use it. What should I do?

Does my Acaia gift card expire?

It does not. 

 

Can I return my Acaia gift card? 

As per our return policy, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and items purchased with a gift card can only be exchanged for products or a new gift card. Please see our return policy here or contact us at support@acaia.co for further information.

 

How can I access a gift card that was never received? 

You can click Resend gift cards from your order confirmation. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled. 

 

How can I send a digital gift card?

After purchase, the gift card is sent to your email address, which you can forward the digital gift card to another email address to be used by that recipient.

How do I check my balance?

To check your balance you can contact us at support@acaia.co, please make sure to include the last four digits of the card's code, and the customer account that made the purchase.

 

Can I use a gift card purchased though the US webshop on the European webshop?

No, gift cards purchased on the US Acaia website can only be used on the US webshop. 

 

Can I use my card more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

 

How do I redeem my gift card online?

After choosing your products on the US Acaia webshop, you will see a prompt box to use your gift card when on the payment page. 

 

What if my order total is greater than the amount on my gift card? 

The gift card can be used to partially pay for a product and you may choose another payment method to fulfill the total. 

 

Can I combine my gift card along with discounts?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

I am not able to apply my gift card to my order. What should I do?

Can I apply more than one gift card to a purchase? 

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

 

Can a gift card be used to purchase a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
