Does the Acaia Pearl come with a heat pad or do I have to purchase it separately?  

The Acaia Pearl comes with a heat pad.

 Each Acaia Pearl includes one Acaia Aerial heat insulation pad inside the package, but the color varies:

Acaia Pearl (white) comes with the “black” heat insulation pad and the Acaia Pearl BLACK comes with the “grey” heat insulation pad.

Does the Acaia Pearl come with a protective film or do I have to purchase it separately?

 We have already applied a protective film on the Acaia Pearl so you do not have to purchase the extra pack unless you need to replace them.

Yes, each of our Pearls includes one heat insulation pad inside the package:

•  Acaia Pearl (white) with heat resistant pad color charcoal black
•  Acaia Pearl Black with heat resistant pad color grey

Is there a power adapter that comes with the Acaia scales?

No. We include a USB cable that will allow you to charge the scale by connecting to a USB port or USB wall adapter, but we do not provide a power adapter.
