How do I access my scale’s settings?

There are several different methods for accessing your scales settings, depending on which scale you have. For those looking to access an Orion Bean Doser’s settings, please see our article here. For the Pearl Model S and Pearl Model S 2022, you can access many of the settings through the Brewguide App as well as through the manual instructions ahead. 

Pearl (Original)

• On all original Pearl firmware versions, while your scale is off, hold the Power Button until it shows "nACAIA" -> "SEt", and then hold T button at the same time. 
• Hold both buttons until you hear a beep and the display shows F.0000. Release buttons.
• Long-press T four times to enter passcode "0000" and enter the Settings Menu.
• Tap the T button to scroll through all the settings
• Long-press the T button to edit a setting
• Tap T to scroll through the setting's options
• Long press T to save your selection

Pearl 2021

• Long press the Power button to enter settings. 
• Tap the T button to scroll through all the settings
• Long-press the T button to edit a setting
• Tap T to scroll through the setting's options
• Long press T to save your selection

Lunar (original)

• On Lunar firmware versions 2.5.067 and below, accessing the Lunar's Settings Menu is the same as the Pearl.

• While your scale is off, hold the Power Button until it shows "nACAIA" -> "SEt", and then hold the T button at the same time. 

• Hold both buttons until you hear a beep and the display shows F.0000. Release both buttons.

• Long-press T four times to enter passcode "0000" and enter the Settings Menu.

• Tap the T button to scroll through all the settings

• Long-press the T button to edit a setting

• Tap T to scroll through the setting's options

• Long press T to save your selection

• On Lunar firmware versions 2.6.003 and newer, the way to enter the Settings Menu is slightly different. 

• While your scale is off, hold the Power Button until it shows "nACAIA" -> "SEt". Now release the power button and tap the T button. The scale will now enter the Settings Menu. There is no need to enter a passcode. 

• Tap the T button to scroll through all the settings

• Long-press the T button to edit a setting

• Tap T to scroll through the setting's options

• Long press T to save your selection

Lunar 2021

• Long press the Power button to enter settings. 
• Tap the T button to scroll through all the settings
• Long-press the T button to edit a setting
• Tap T to scroll through the setting's options
• Long press T to save your selection

Cinco/Pyxis

• 1. Press and hold Power Button while the LED display shows [ n ACAIA ] and turns [ SEt ]. 

• 2. Tap T Button to enter Settings, It will show the first setting [ SLEEP ].

Pearl Model S and Pearl Model S 2022

• 1. Press and hold Power button while the LED display shows [ acaia ] and then changes to [ Settings ].

•  2. Tap T button to enter Settings. The first setting is [ Brightness ].
