I can’t find my data. What do I do now?
If you have noticed that any or all of your data has gone missing, there are a few tips you can try. Sometimes, some images or graphs may disappear from the app you are using to log brews or connect. We recommend first logging in and out of your account and shutting down the app completely.
If this does not work, you can then try to uninstall and reinstall the app. If neither of these methods works, please email us at email@example.com with the following:
- the app version you are using
- your phone operating system
