Scale is stuck in "update" mode

Solution: Plug the scale into a power source. The Acaia scale reboots when the USB cable with power supply is plugged in.

If the Update mode appears (the scale says "Update" on the LED screen) and you did not intentionally enter Update mode, then it is stuck. You need to connect the scale to a power source, like a computer or an outlet, to exit the mode.
