On both the Lunar and the Pearl, there is an LED light indicating that your scale is charging.
The Lunar has a lightning bolt symbol on the bottom left that appears when it is charging
The Pearl has an amber light on the bottom left corner that displays when it is charging
If your scale does not display these lights upon plugging it in, the problem could be with your charging cable or your scale's USB charging port. First, check if your charging cable can charge another device. If it cannot, you may need to replace your charging cable. If it can charge another device, your scale's charging port may be damaged. This typically occurs from accidentally inserting the USB charging cable in the incorrect orientation. Please make sure your charging cable is in the correct orientation before attempting to insert the cable, as shown in the picture below:
